In order to fulfill the tasks set by the Russian Ministry of Health as part of the implementation of the federal project "Providing medical organizations of the health care system with qualified personnel", from July 1, 2019, an Accreditation and Simulation Center was established at FSBI National Research Center named after the honorary academician N. F. Gamaleya of the Russian Ministry of Health, in the specialties Virology and Epidemiology.
Deputy Director for scientific work of the Subdivision "Institute of Virology named after D.I. Ivanovsky" Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor P.G. Deryabin was appointed as the Manager of this center.
The Accreditation and Simulation Center is vested with the responsibilities of fulfilling the objectives, associated with implementation by the FSBI N. F. Gamaleya National Research Center of Epidemiology and Microbiology under the Health Ministry of Russia of the federal project "Supply of the medical organizations of the healthcare system with qualified staff”.
Working groups in the areas of Virology and Epidemiology will be established within the Accreditation and Simulation Center.
